1. In case a Tutor decides to remove a Student/Subscriber from an online course for any reason whatsoever, it is at the sole discretion of the Tutor and the responsibility of the tutor. The online content hosted by the Tutors is meant for educational purposes and should not be circulated without the permission of the Content Creator.

3. Except in cases of erroneous or duplicate payment where access to the course is not granted, all purchases are final and non-refundable. No refund will be issued to any student after purchase, once access to the course or content has been provided.

5. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither the Tutor nor the platform shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the Subscriber’s use of the course, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of opportunity, or interruption of service.

7. Subscribers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities conducted through their account. The Tutor and platform shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access resulting from the Subscriber’s failure to safeguard such information.

9. Neither the Tutor nor the platform shall be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, technical failures, or internet outages.

2. In case any payment is deducted from the Subscriber’s account incorrectly, i.e. without access to course, the amount will be refunded to your account in four (4) to seven (7) business days subsequent to Bunch being intimated as to the same.

4. The Tutor and platform make no representations or warranties regarding academic performance, skill acquisition, certification, employment outcomes, or any specific results arising from participation in the course. Learning outcomes may vary based on individual effort, prior knowledge, and engagement

6. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

8. All course materials, including videos, text, graphics, assessments, and trademarks, are the exclusive intellectual property of the Tutor and/or platform. No license or ownership rights are transferred to the Subscriber except for limited, personal, non-commercial use.

10. Subscribers agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to attempting to gain unauthorized access, sharing login credentials, reproducing or redistributing course materials, or engaging in conduct that disrupts other users or the Tutor.
